I bought another one today and have received it tonight! The shipping was great as well. The only problem is the one bought today has opened before I opened. There is smell like used, not brand new. “I have had a neck surgery 4 years ago and recently had a shoulder surgery 7 weeks ago, I have tried all sorts of pillows for my neck issues with little to no relief. I haven't had this pillow for long but so far it has been amazing!!! I am a side sleeper and it gives me the perfect amount of support and stability needed for my neck. “This pillow is amazing! I was hopeful yet skeptical when I ordered it. The pillow I was using offered great support but was causing shoulder pain that increased in magnitude as each night passed. I would switch to a flat pillow which marginally helped my shoulder pain but offered no support. It quickly gained it's shape and was ready to sleep on. From the first night I was impressed. My shoulder pain had drastically improved, just in one night. The pillow was supportive and yet very comfortable. It's now been a week and I couldn't be happier with this pillow. I sleep great and my shoulder no longer pains me. The design of this pillow is brilliant. I'm mostly a side sleeper if that helps any of you when deciding if this will work for you. I have not used it for stomach sleeping so can't speak on that.”
