“Background: I am a 23 yr old Female who is 5'5 tall and weighs 111 lbs. I stretch daily and I am a runner so I am quite active. I am diagnosed with an inflammatory disease Ankylosing Spondylitis, 13 degree curvature in upper thoracic region, straight cervical spine syndrome and minor osteoarthritis with current multiple bulging discs throughout my entire spine. After several years of searching for a pillow to help ease my chronic cervical, thoracic, and lumbar pain, I bought this. I tried it out every single night for one month to give it a fair and honest review and now here I am! In my case, I am in dismay to say this pillow did not help my pain. I wish I could return this pillow and try something else out but the window closed two days ago. I will say though that I found this pillow actually to be comfortable and it had great support. I would even say it slightly improved my sleep in the fact that I woke up less during the night and sometimes not at all! I remember the first few nights of using this pillow I was hurting even more so than usual but this is expected since it is giving you such support. I powered through those first few uncomfortable nights and used it for one month and I am sad to say I will be trying another pillow out. This pillow got rid of some of my pain but yet caused stiffness/joint pain in another area. I believe that every person is a special case and this might've not been the right pillow for me due to the straightening of my cervical spine or maybe another reason. Who knows? I just want to say give this pillow a shot because I believe it really will help the majority of people with cervical pain. Just not everyone including special cases like me.”
“I was having some shoulder pain and was seeing a therapist. In order to help correct the posture and relieve the pain aside from therapy, he recommended me to change my pillow. I've been using this for a few days. comfortable to use and it seems working to help relieve the pain.”

“I have extreme migraines. I pretty much wake up every night/morning with pain so bad I have to take my medicine. I take two different medications before bed for prevention. I also take a shot once a month.I do sleep better throughout the night. The pillow is completely comfortable; your head fits in the spot designed for it. It has kept the form since I've had it. With my feather pillow I would wake all through the night to fluff. Others would put two much pressure on my head.I know I'm a special case, but I do give it five stars.”
“I got this pillow because I have damage to my trapezius. The only way I was able to sleep was by laying a neck pillow on its side and sleeping on it like a pillow with my head in the hole. I had so many issues sleeping and I was never really comfortable at night. When I got this pillow and I laid down my head immediately rested and there was no pressure on my shoulders. I no longer have to worry about waking up in pain from strenuous sleep. I read a lot of reviews that complained about the pillow being too firm and having a smell, but I got the standard version and I did not have any smell and the pillow was not too firm or too soft it was literally perfect.”

“I would prefer a slightly thicker pillow bu it did relieve my neck & shoulder neck pain. The cut out for your arm doesn't work well for me because I sleep on my side & in the middle of the night roll over to my back. I tried flipping the pillow when I moved from my side to back but that's a pain so I keep it where my neck has more support. Most of my neck & shoulder pain was resolved in just one night.”
