I'm very picky when it comes to pillows but I can say that this is a great pillow! It's very firm but comfy at the same time. I like the fact that no matter how much you fold it, it goes back to its original shape. It also feels very cool when you lay on it. I had originally purchased this for my husband who sleeps on his stomach but after I tried it , I kept it for myself. I recently had breast surgery and the pillow came in handy to sleep comfortably while sleeping sitting down. I highly recommend.

Okay this pillow is weird af but for whatever reason, it works. I have chronic daily migraines and this pillow is helping reduce my pain level and I'm sleeping better. It is firmer than I like but it keeps me from curling up in pain with my chin to my chest, which causes neck and shoulder pain and makes the migraines worse.I woke up the first couple of days with my neck and shoulders sort of achy. I assume this is because I wasn't sleeping in a good position for so long before? It wasn't bad and went away quickly each morning.

I ordered standard at first and thought it was small compared to the photos so I ordered the queen size thinking that would be better. I slept on the standard one for 3 nights and my neck and traps felt GREAT when I woke up. I have a bad shoulder and I tend to sleep on that side which is super painful with a reg pillow. The standard size gives me enough support that my shoulder isn't being crushed. Sleeping on my back was incredibly comfortable. I'm not a stomach sleeper so I don't know how this would be for that. I got the queen and switched for one night...woke up with horrible neck and upper back pain. Slept like crap. It's just too large that a comfortable sleeping position doesn't happen naturally for me like it did with the standard size. The queen offers much less support when on my shoulder as well. I will be returning the queen size and keeping the standard size pillow!

I'm a huge skeptic that anything will really help with my neck and shoulder pain. If it's out there, I've tried it. Multiple chiro visits every month, therapeutic massages, medication - maybe it helps then but I'm miserable the next day. My neck doesn't have a natural curvature and is straight and it causes most products to just make my issues worse. I've slept one night on this pillow and cannot believe the difference it makes. Honestly from the time I laid my head down, the support, the pressure, everything felt different. I woke up this morning able to turn my neck, with no pain in my shoulders and with no headache. I typically crack and crack and crack my neck and there's nothing. I will come back here and update this after I've used it for a longer period of time, but if you've tried it all and it doesn't work, please trust me when I say you have to give this a try. Knowing I got the relief I did, I would pay hundreds of dollars to replace this pillow with another if needed. For someone who hasn't had severe neck/back issues, a pillow is a pillow. But for those of you out there who suffer and feel like it will never get any better, I'm telling you that this is your ticket to feeling normal again.

I was having pain in my neck just from stress and I think my old pillows were just past their useful period. Idk, anyway I had no diagnosis. Just some pain in my neck and I felt like I needed a new pillow preferably something with memory foam and I needed it fast. I found this one with pretty good reviews after looking at different ones. I think the style and reviews really sold me. I let I air out for a few hours and it expanded no issue. I slept on it that night and it was so comfortable. I woke up so refreshed with no neck pain. Probably one of the best purchases I've made. It's super supportive, and I'm a side/stomach sleeper so I was concerned about where to place my arm, but I just put my arm under it and it works for me. I usually sleep on the side with the flap looking things that, I think it's recommended to sleep on the other side but that way doesn't work for me.

This pillow has changed my life. A few years ago a broke my neck in a horse riding accident and have had severe pain and trouble sleeping because of it. I've tried so many orthopaedic pillows and none have worked. Then my doctor recommended I try this one and for the first time in three years not only have I been ableTo sleep through the night but I'm also waking up pain free from my neck and headaches. I got it in standard size and I love it. It's not too soft and gives good support. Plus the contouring unlike other pillows makes it great any which way you sleep (back, side or front).

First off please be sure you buy the right size. There is a difference and for me the larger size was best. I love this pillow. It makes so much difference in how I sleep (and how I wake up). It really cradles your head and keeps your neck, spine in line so much better than any other pillow I have tried. Well worth the cost.
