I also used to have chronic head aches and migraines. I have not had one since I got this pillow. “I don't know if this pillow would work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me. Every pillow that I purchased before this one fell short in some manner. Either they didn't provide enough support or didn't last that long before they flattened out, etc. You get the picture. This pillow is comfortable, has provided great support for my neck and is holding up very well. I've had it for several months now. Neck pain has pretty much been eliminated so far. I would advise to rotate the pillow from time to time to allow each side to recover. It is a firm pillow so those who prefer softer pillows may not like as much. However for those of us who like firmer, contour style pillows, I highly recommend.”

“Purchased in early August 2021, five months later and you can trust my review, as I've had my pillow long enough to sincerely review it. As someone who suffered from cervical issues (youthful on the outside, old lady neck on the inside aka tech neck), this pillow restored the quality of my sleep. “I always liked more firm pillows so that I don't feel like I'm gonna suffocate laying on my side. I had jumped between a few and was still getting very back shoulder and neck pain headaches that would last all day. I prefer sleeping face down but can't breathe so I looked for a pillow for that. I ended up getting this after seeing that all of the other face down pillows weren't for long term sleeping. First impressions it smelled peculiar I guess. it went away after a day or two. I haven't gone back to any other pillow since buying this and no longer get pain from sleeping wrong. I can't exactly face straight down but I can go far enough. The shape is perfect for supporting your neck be it face-up, side, or belly down kind of on the side. This also seems to encourage proper posture while sleeping which I have been wanting to work on but before I had a pillow that blocked my nose unless I angled my head down. (I also have nightmares if I sleep face up) this pillow fixed all of that. The fabric could be slightly abrasive but I'm not exactly rubbing my face on it like a cat so it is never an issue. I really like the divet in the middle. It cradles your head nicely while facing up and also feels nice to your ear, (you can also comfortably listen to earbuds laying on your side now!) I never ended up using the wings since that makes your head lean over the pillow so it's good for massages I guess. Anyways, this feels like a genuine pillow engineered for proper support in a multitude of sleeping positions and I now will only trust this pillow for my sleeping needs.”
