“Best Cervical Pillow Ever Purchased in early August 2021, five months later and you can trust my review, as I've had my pillow long enough to sincerely review it. As someone who suffered from cervical issues (youthful on the outside, old lady neck on the inside aka tech neck), this pillow restored the quality of my sleep. “I have been suffering for months with severe neck and some shoulder pain. Finally figured would try to replace my pillow after not getting anywhere in therapy. Felt like I was re-injuring myself each night, constantly in pain during sleep and waking up throughout night.Since getting this pillow I have slept comfortably every night. My pain is not completely gone but it has be significantly reduced during the day and I am pain free sleeping through the night. I am hoping over time I will continue to heal and the pain will go away. It has only been a couple of weeks and I forgot about my neck 90% of the day. “Disappointed is an understatement. The packaging and box were fully intact. The packaging seemed fresh and new. The pillow even had that strange factory smell. I go to remove the pillowcase and unzip the cover from the back to wash it before I put my face anywhere near this pillow and I see the first short black hair. I completely remove the case from the pillow and inspect further and I continue to see short black hairs, some imbedded in the white fabric inside the pillow. There is no way I'd be able to get hair inside the pillow case so I know it's not from me. Also, I have long and very curly black hair so I know these were there before I came in contact with the pillow. The images are of the outside of the pillow case. Thanks to my galaxy S20 camera being able to zoom so close I found even more hairs that I wouldn't have seen at first glance. They're all the same, short, black, straight hairs. I'd simply wash the cover and be done if it were one hair, but this is all over. This clearly was slept on by someone else and shipped to me like it was new. I am requesting a full refund and strongly encourage buyers to inspect these pillows before sleeping on them. This is NOT ok.”
“I decided I needed a new pillow after experiencing shoulder pain for a few weeks, and noticed it was worse in the morning. I researched, and ended up with this pillow because it supports, side, back AND stomach sleepers. After sleeping with it for a couple of weeks now, my neck and shoulder pain, have greatly diminished. I have also noticed better sleep quality, and I don't have as many headaches. I would buy this again, and highly recommend.”

“Was originally on the fence about this pillow after getting it and laying on it. Didnt seem soft or comfortable. I've slept on it over a week now and I no longer have neck pain, I dont wake up with my arms asleep and the twitch in my eye from a strained muscle has stopped. I also seem to sleep better over all. Turned out to be a good buy!”
“Side and stomach combo sleepers be aware. I switch from my stomach to my side on and off throughout the night and in order to comfortably accomplish that with this pillow is to completely turn the pillow 180°. I didn't notice in the product photos that the wings for the arms are turned for the different positions. In addition, i found the head placement for the stomach position uncomfortable. I liked how my arms were positioned but I could not place my head comfortably to go to sleep (you also have to lay a good portion of your torso on the pillow to even get your arms under the wings comfortably). The material is very soft and the memory foam is nice, but the design is flawed for me. This is my first memory foam pillow purchase and I didn't think about how “un-mold able†they are, there really isn't any adjustments you can make like a fluffy pillow because it has its shape and that's that. When I sleep on my side I don't like my shoulder being on the pillow itself but since this material doesn't allow a comfy adjustment I can't do that. I'm sure this is an amazing product for back sleepers or for those who don't share my requirements, it does seem like it would be helpful for those who have back problems and need this type of support. Anyways, I'm disappointed because it wasn't the fit for me but I can see it working for others.”
