I've been looking for a pillow solution to neck pain and to get a decent night's sleep for a long, long time. This really works.

This pillow is very hard, and way too thick to allow proper neck alignment. I gave it 3 weeks and went from subtle neck pain to really bad neck pain. This really is the pillow from hell. I'm a physical therapist. I understand everyone needs a little something different but wow, this one was bad for me. My head didn't fit into the hollow at all, my head was pushed forward causing me to snore more (ideally the head needs to be able to tilt back with a chin lift for open airway). In sidelying, the pillow is so hard it pushed my jaw out of alignment causing my jaw to click. Finally packed it up and sent it back.

I bought this pillow because I had unexplained neck pain for the first time. I figured it was from bad pillows, since the pain was pretty bad upon waking. My chiropractor recommended a product that contours. So, I like it overall. I tend to like a more firm pillow, and this is firm and supportive. If you are looking for a soft pillow, this is not your guy! My neck does not hurt anymore. Definitely worth the purchase.

I have been using this pillow for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It has helped with my headaches and not only that, but as someone who needs to sleep on my back because of spine issues, it helps a lot with making back sleeping more comfortable. I like the feel when sleeping on my side as well.

I saw this pillow listed on TRAKK and decided to try it. I was having terrible sleep with arms going numb at night. I did frequent re-positioning to try to resolve the pain. This pillow is amazing. I'm sleeping so much better and longer!! This is my second order. I'm taking this one to Aruba when we go there for the winter. Worth every penny!!

Side and stomach combo sleepers be aware. I switch from my stomach to my side on and off throughout the night and in order to comfortably accomplish that with this pillow is to completely turn the pillow 180°. I didn't notice in the product photos that the wings for the arms are turned for the different positions. In addition, i found the head placement for the stomach position uncomfortable. I liked how my arms were positioned but I could not place my head comfortably to go to sleep (you also have to lay a good portion of your torso on the pillow to even get your arms under the wings comfortably). The material is very soft and the memory foam is nice, but the design is flawed for me. This is my first memory foam pillow purchase and I didn't think about how “un-mold able” they are, there really isn't any adjustments you can make like a fluffy pillow because it has its shape and that's that. When I sleep on my side I don't like my shoulder being on the pillow itself but since this material doesn't allow a comfy adjustment I can't do that. I'm sure this is an amazing product for back sleepers or for those who don't share my requirements, it does seem like it would be helpful for those who have back problems and need this type of support. Anyways, I'm disappointed because it wasn't the fit for me but I can see it working for others.
