This pillow is very supportive for me as a person who sleeps on their back. I have waited one month to write this review and am happy to say this is a great pillow. My only complaint is that you need to put a pillowcase on it. The case/covering it comes with doesn't feel great to me

I purchased this pillow 3 months ago. I was skeptical of trying it after opening it and was thinking of sending it back based on appearance alone. But, with the horrible kinks in my neck that I'm always waking up with, I decided to give it a try. The first couple of days were awkward, just getting use to it. But after that I quickly fell in love with it. It is seriously the most comfortable pillow I've ever had!!!! I'm a back sleeper and it gives my neck the best support. I will never go back to sleeping on standard pillows ever again!!!It's even comfy when laying on my side! Love it!❤

I am absolutely shocked. I would have never bought this in a store cause I would've thought it was too hard but after continued neck pain and issues I took a chance based on the reviews. This pillow is incredible! Yes it's a weird shape and seems too hard but from the first night I could tell how much better it was and I slept through the night for the first time in a long time. I'm very happy with it. I only wish I could get a black pillow case for it and that it was a little bigger but those are just personal issues. After having a couple weeks, my neck pain has definitely decreased and I'm still sleeping through the night. Definitely worth the money.

I've had this pillow for a few weeks now and even passed it around to my hubby and kids to try. I love it because I am an initial side sleeper but because of back pain I eventually roll to my back and then pass out within minutes, which is very unusual for me!My hubby is a face sleeper(stomach) but he's not supposed to because of apnea. This pillow made him to sleep on his back and side because of the design. My kids were hit and miss, sometimes loved it but woke up with head off the pillow. It's perfect for adults especially with sleep issues like us. Hope this was helpful!

I have an office job and was having neck and shoulder pain during the day. Eventually this became a night time problem as well. I would wake up several times a night with severe neck and shoulder pain. I would try flipping my pillow over but it never helped. I purchased this pillow in the queen size “h” for firm. I slept through the night the very first night. It doesn't matter which side I use, they both work well. The side with the “wings “ is the higher side and for back and side sleeping. Flip it around (do not flip it over) so that the wings are above your head and not beside your head and you have the lower side for stomach sleepers. During the day at work, I've been working on not extending my head out (push your chin in) and improving my posture and that has helped with the day pain. This is a firm pillow, but it is not at all uncomfortable to me, as it does give the support I need to get a good nights rest. I'll never go back to a regular pillow. I might try the “s” version later just for comparison sake. The pillow did not have a chemical smell that others have mentioned. I hope this review helps answer some questions before buying. I will definitely buy again.

At first I found the pillow uncomfortable and flat, making it difficult to fall asleep. However, each night I used it I would wake up in less and less pain. After about 5-7 days I have adjusted to using the pillow and can fall asleep easily. I had tried 2 other cervical pillows in the past, paid a lot of money for them and ended up putting them in the trash a month later, but this one is a keeper!
