“I have an office job and was having neck and shoulder pain during the day. Eventually this became a night time problem as well. I would wake up several times a night with severe neck and shoulder pain. I would try flipping my pillow over but it never helped. I purchased this pillow in the queen size “h†for firm. I slept through the night the very first night. It doesn't matter which side I use, they both work well. The side with the “wings “ is the higher side and for back and side sleeping. Flip it around (do not flip it over) so that the wings are above your head and not beside your head and you have the lower side for stomach sleepers. During the day at work, I've been working on not extending my head out (push your chin in) and improving my posture and that has helped with the day pain. This is a firm pillow, but it is not at all uncomfortable to me, as it does give the support I need to get a good nights rest. I'll never go back to a regular pillow. I might try the “s†version later just for comparison sake. The pillow did not have a chemical smell that others have mentioned. I hope this review helps answer some questions before buying. I will definitely buy again.”

“This pillow is very supportive and I appreciate the various curves it has so you can choose your neck support level. Depending on how you flip the pillow, a lower or higher neck support shape can be used. I usually you the taller neck support side.I do tend to be a side or stomach sleeper but I found this pillow was helpful in keeping me on my back.I've also used this as a leg support pillow when trying to sleep on my back (since that's supposed to be healthier) or when sleeping on my side.The zipoff pillowcase is easy to wash and put back on the pillow. You could put another case over it if you want but the washable case it comes with is a pleasant texture.I may not use it as a neck pillow all the time, but it's comfortable and multiuse.”
“Ok so this is a weird looking pillow and I didn't know what to expect. There are lots of ways to "use" it and you have to turn it a couple times to find out what works for you. Its firm and I wasn't expecting that but thats exactly what makes it great, the different bumps are designed to support not just cradle your neck and head.I'm usually a side sleeper but with this pillow I can actually sleep comfortably any way now! Its great.I do recommend you air it out for a full day before you use it.And it does fit in a normal pillow case fyi. I wondered that before I bought it.”
“I've been through a few pillows with no luck. Many much more expensive. I didn't think I'd like this one, being a hard pillow. It has been great though. It has perfect support for my head and neck. I wake up less from being in agony. I'm short; hence, I don't fit most contoured pillows. This pillow fits me perfectly. I'm a side sleeper as well. The angels for shoulder placement are just right.”
