“After two months of using it, I've noticed tension between my shoulder blades & neck. I already have neck & shoulder issues so when I wake up with more tension my day is already set. I am a side sleeper & drift away from the middle head area so it could be user error. If you are a back sleeper or side sleeper that doesn't move & likes firm pillows this pillow is for you! The arm slots are amazing though.”

I didn't buy this for my vertigo, it just seemed like a good support pillow.I have positional vertigo so often during the night, my neck would bend back or wrong and I would wake up spinning and nauseous. This pillow is the Best! I've not had an issue since I started using it. It's very comfortable and keeps my head and neck in the right position to keep the vertigo at bay.Only down side, I wish it was thicker because I sleep on my side and sometimes my shoulders hurt but maybe it wouldn't work for my vertigo if it was.Definite buy for anyone with positional vertigo.”
“I would prefer a slightly thicker pillow bu it did relieve my neck & shoulder neck pain. The cut out for your arm doesn't work well for me because I sleep on my side & in the middle of the night roll over to my back. I tried flipping the pillow when I moved from my side to back but that's a pain so I keep it where my neck has more support. Most of my neck & shoulder pain was resolved in just one night.”
“UPDATE: I have truly appreciated this pillow but it's been 3 months and it's lost its firmness and doesn't work like it used to. I'm afraid I need a new one in order for me to continue to receive the relief I once had. Not sure if I'll buy the same brand though.I have never owned a pillow like this before so it's difficult to compare it to others. However, since I have been using this pillow, I have not had the neck/shoulder pain I was experiencing prior. I often kink my neck which has resulted in impinged nerve and weakness in the arm. I love the support it gives my neck. I do not move much in my sleep and I'm a back sleeper as well but sometimes I will turn on my side but my neck will start feeling tense; I am able to lay on my side comfortably with this pillow. The only con is that it is not very attractive on the bed and a standard pillowcase fits but fits weird (but I'll take ugly for the comfort and relief I have). 5 stars for me! No funky smell, nice clean packaging, prompt shipping.”
“The support is specifically for neck and upper spine - Wonderful. Getting the pillow case over the 2 spikes is a challenge, especially for a particular person. I do feel much better when using this pillow. Definitely an odd shape.”

This pillow works for me and my wife. I'm a back and side sleeper with a cpap, and this pillow really helped me the center cradles my head and the sides are right for my shoulders to align my neck to sleep comfortably. I been to the chiropractor to adjust my next and shoulders before I got the pillow that didn't do it . Now I don't have the pain in my neck and shoulders after a week with this pillow . I highly recommend it now when I travel I will bring my cpap and pillow.”
