I am not paid for this review. I have gone to doctors, get regular massages, take motrin every single day because of the pain and sometimes muscle relaxers. This pillow has definitely helped me. “I bought this pillow for help with migraine headaches and cervical disc issues. It has helped mightily with both. As a 100% side sleeper, it holds my neck straight all night as long as I keep my head in the indentation designed for it. The only issue not resolved by the pillow is very tight shoulders....I can't keep my arm up on the arm support for more than a few minutes.........but I think this is more my issue than the manufacturer of this pillow. It came already popped up with no smell. Of all TRAKK's offerings in this category, I think this one provides all the benefits of the more expensive pillows at a reasonable price.”

“I bought this for myself after being highly recommend on Reddit for neck pain. Ive been struggling with debilitating neck pain on and off for nearly a year now. Unfortunately this product did not work for me as a side sleeper it was just a smidge too thick for comfort. However it's heavenly on your back or stomach. I'm giving this 5 starts because oddly enough it works like magic for my fiancé's sleep apnea now matter the position he sleeps. He went from severe snoring and gasping with a cpap to complete silence with this pillow. Honestly scared me the first night as I wake to check on him often and mistaken him for dead a few times haha. The first night of sleep he slept uninterrupted for 5 straight hours which doesn't seem like much but for someone with severe sleep apnea that was more than enough to start his day bright eyed and bushy tailed. “Everyone is picky about their pillow, everyone is different. This pillow for me has been great. Especially if you are a head tosser. This pillow cradles my head like a massage therapist or chiropractor. My neck is very relaxed with awesome support on those lower skull nodules that people like massaged.
