“I bought this for myself after being highly recommend on Reddit for neck pain. Ive been struggling with debilitating neck pain on and off for nearly a year now. Unfortunately this product did not work for me as a side sleeper it was just a smidge too thick for comfort. However it's heavenly on your back or stomach. “I sleep on all sides but often end up on my stomach. Those "arm holes" are absolutely useless and just get in the way, and I wake up in a lot more pain if on my stomach.On my back, there is almost no contour for the head. It is like sleeping on a hard, elevated pillow.You cannot press down unless you try really hard. In my video I am pressing down hard. I'm small but I'm not weak (I rock climb and lift weights). If you're looking for a stiff pillow then by all means get this one.I used it for almost a week and just caused more pain, even when I managed to mostly sleep on my back or side.There is some contour on only one side and you would have to sleep in the exact position all night to get relief (which is not realistic). Even a slight head rotation moves you out of position.If you sleep like a corpse, lay on your back, and love hard pillows, then this is the one for you!”
