“My husband has only used it for cold therapy. It gets very cold, but it doesn't stay cold too long. It warms up after about 10-15 minutes. The manual says not to use it longer than 15 minutes anyway, but it would be nice if the temp stayed cold longer.”
“It's very convenient to use but I had to return it after two uses because 1) I could not get more than 3-5 mins of use, gel does not stay cold for long once you put it on your body 2) The stitches came out and it started ripping so poor quality. I don't expect it to last long.”
