“Great way to ice the elbows. Imagine it would be good for knees too in a larger side. Doesn't stay ice cold long enough to ice both elbows after a heavy lifting session tho.”
“This worked great for after my husbands knee replacement surgery. The only improvement I think would be if there was a way to help it hold the cold a little longer. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product and I would highly recommend it.”
“it gets incredibly cold and feels comfortable on my leg as well as my husbands so it fits all sizes. The cold last the perfect 20 minutes but I leave it on because the brace feels good anyway”
“Is it a great value for the money? Yes, if you compare it to the pricey Freeze Sleeve; otherwise, It's middle of the road to me. This sleeve is comfortable and very easy to put on but I don't find that it holds cold for very long, at least not as long as I would like. I'm used to ice packs that still hold their cold after 30min of use. This sleeve is more "chilled" than cold 15-20min. Would I buy them again? Yes, and I did but this speaks more to my need for cold therapy on my aging knees than the feeling this product is the greatest item on Amazon. Lastly I find I made the wrong choice listening to a few reviewers who complained the sleeves ran small in size. I ordered a size larger and regret it. Compression is an important instruction in a RICE program (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation) so a snug fit sleeve is a good thing rather than a sleeve that slides down your leg if you walk from one room to the next. The best feature to this item I mentioned above which is ease of application. To the manufacturer I suggest running test to measure how long the sleeves hold cold and try to improve on those numbers.”
