“It does what I hoped it would: distribute an even cold pack equivalent around my elbow extending from my forearm all the way up to near my shoulder. I have used it for several days now and it seems to be helping. I have used the heat capability only once and it was OK. It's a bit tedious getting it out and returning it to the package which you are instructed to do to maintain its performance (nothing really bothersome). I have had trouble with my elbow off and on for years and it is always a challenge to apply an ice pack. This is so much easier and I believe more efficient. It's worth a try!”
“I used one on my knee with a torn meniscus. It made it feel better. I had to occasionally rotate it around my leg because the seam of the knit portion would leave a mark and hurt a bit. I often turned it inside out to put the seam away from my leg. I wore one out and bought a second, so I do endorse these.”
“I can't believe how happy I am with this product! It is exactly what I was looking for to provide wearable cold therapy to my elbows. The packs slide on easily and stay cold for 15-20 min. The construction is great. I did order one and have to return for an exchange because I pulled up on the stitches directly instead of on the material and the stitches pulled. They didn't break but I didn't want to risk the stitches separating after the return period has expired to I did an exchange. Now, I have been using two of them 2x every day and they are holding strong. I am really happy with this product and would buy more if/when I have the need. Takes about 30 min in the freezer to get nice and cold.As a product comparison, I also purchased the LotFancy compression sleeve ice pack but returned it because, in my opinion, it wasn't build as strong as this product. Also, it didn't provide the same amount of ice pack coverage as this product. Thank you.”
“Go smaller they stretch. Male 5'10 210lbs athletic build and got size M for knees after squats post workout and use on elbows once in a while. Use Rogue size M knee sleeves also for reference.”
“I love the texture and the total sleeve this is truly what I've been looking for and it helped the first night. However, I'm checking on how long it stays cold. Asked to keep on 10 minutes rest rest 5 and repeat at least 3 times after leaving in freezer for at least 2hours.
