This ice pack is AMAZING! I injured my knee and I have a good ice pack but it didn't form to my knee as well as I wanted it to so I bought this one. It was delivered (MN) and it was already cold so I got to use it right away. It's so soft and slid on so easy. It is staying nice and cold. Highly recommend.

Great idea and concept but it runs small. I purchased the XL because I needed it for a thigh muscle injury. Did as web instructions said, measured my leg and the Xl should have fit. Not so. I had to really pull on it to get it up to my mid thigh, there is no stretch. I was afraid that if I pulled too hard it would break the soft outer housing. Aside form that , I left it in the freezer overnight and the cold only lasted for about 15 minutes. If the company would make an XXL, made the outer shell a little more sturdy and add more gel, it would be a great product. Had to return it.

Good product. Works well. For 3 weeks or so. After that the elastic wears out super fast and will no longer grip the arm. It'll just slide right off. Kind of disappointed in that as one of the main reasons I got this item was so I could ice my arm while being able to do other things. Now I am forced to sit in one place like using a traditional ice pack. At any rate, it cools great. So that part is still fine.

Checked my measurements three separate times to ensure I ordered the correct size, based on manufacturers recommendation. Placed in freezer as directed. Attempted to slide sleeve, over calf and instantly ripped. I could see how the sleeve ripping could've been due to putting it on too fast. But, I was fairly careful and slowly pulled sleeve over my calf. The sleeve is very cold, perhaps too cold for the application. If they were to put some sort of insulated lining to reduce the amount of cold application that makes contact on the skin, I believe the experience of using this product would have been much less bothersome.I realize OK if injury, regardless of severity is unpleasant. I will say it was fairly comfortable and fit snug without being too tight.Perhaps a combination of an additional liner on the inside of the sleeve and slightly less material on the sleeve itself, would keep costs down if not identical to current cost as well as increase user experience

Used for elbow/knee/heel issues. Slides right on and very comfortable. Stays cold for ~20 minutes, wish longer. Durability maybe an issue, as gel is very soft and fabric can get scratched easily. Bit pricey. Recommend since good product, nevertheless.

The top negative review claims it doesn't stay cold enough and even measured the outer surface temperature of the sleeve once it was applied. The average surface temperature of human skin is 91 degree F which means of course if you applied a non sustainable cold pack against it there will be a rapid decrease of temperature over a short period of time. You shouldn't be applying cold therapy for more than 10-15 minutes at a time anyways and I found the sleeve was perfectly cold enough for 10 minutes of cold therapy. What's awesome about this product is as soon as you're done with the cold therapy you can immediately toss it in the microwave for about 35 seconds to apply heat therapy. My suggestion is to follow the instructions because every microwave is different, 10 second increments until you find out what the total amount of time it takes to sufficiently warm up your sleeve. Excellent product overall.
