“I highly recommend these ice packs. They fit over your knee like a glove and cool the entire thing. The only knock is that they dont stay cold all that long”
“My husband has arthritis in both of his knees and there are times traditional ice packs hurt too much to use. Not this one! It cools while providing gentle pressure that he can handle even on the really bad days. The only complaint is that it doesn't stay super cold for long, so we will just have to buy another one to trade out when needed.”
“I use this sleeve for cold therapy only, so I can't comment on it's usefulness with hot therapy. I have chronic lateral epicondylitis in both elbows, as well as an itchy skin condition that only responds to ice therapy (brachioradial pruritus). These sleeves have been a Godsend for both conditions! I keep them in my freezer in ziploc bags at all times (they will absorb the smell of the freezer without the bag) and use them daily. I have had my sleeves for several months now and they are holding up well to daily use. I used the size chart when ordering and the fit is perfect. They stay intensely cold for about 15 to 20 minutes but still remain cool for about 30 minutes after that. They are the perfect length to treat my elbow injuries, but I wish they made a full length sleeve that stretched from bicep to wrist bone to treat the entire arm for the pruritus. All in all, these sleeves are totally worth the price and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.”
“Excellent compression sleeve for my elbow. The gel is cooling and soothing. I haven't needed to take anti-inflammatory meds. The compression works. It is a little heavy wearing, but still worth it.”
“Bought this item for my husband who has Tennis elbow and was instructed by the Physical Therapist to ice 3-4 times a day. This product is perfect for this, hands free!”
“This is a great product. A friend recommended it to me. I like that it's a sleeve so I can put it on and sit at my desk at work while icing my knee. When it's fresh out the freezer it definitely doesn't the cooling job it's meant to do. I haven't tried heating it because my knee doesn't require it. I also like to wear it on my calf sometimes when my feel feel swollen and it tends to help with reducing the swelling on my ankles. I might go ahead and by a second one so i can enjoy it on both legs at the same time. Recovery is important! Take care of your body, it's worth the $$!”
