“I have only use this to ice my elbow so far, but for that I like it. I like that I just slip it on, and I get so much coverage. I get to ice the entire elbow and not just spots or one side at a time. BUT it's crazy painful cold at first. That might just be me, and it's certainly supposed to be cold, so I'm not giving it less stars for that. And the other more important "BUT" is that it is warmed up by your body by about 15 minutes. They say to ice 15-20 minutes at a time, so it might be just right. But sometimes I would like to go a full 20 , and that's not an option here. Other than that, I think it's way easier than what I was doing before, and so I ordered another one for my knee too.”

“I have a knee that gets stiff and painful after running. Icing it always helps, but I would rarely do it before because it was so inconvenient. Not any more. I love this sleeve. I keep it in its plastic bag in the freezer all of the time. When I need it, I slide it on and can continue getting ready for my day or doing other household chores. It is plenty cold and does the job. I love that it can provide cold therapy 360 degrees around my knee. I read other reviews claiming that it doesn't stay cold for long. That shouldn't be a concern. Icing for 15-20 minutes is all that's recommended anyway, and this product stays cold for at least that long. I used the company's provided sizing chart when deciding what size sleeve to order, and it was spot on. A great product.”
“I love these! I use them on my lower legs to aid recovery from exercise that produces more inflammation than desired :-) These stay cold enough long enough (although longer would be welcome) and the compression makes them snug so no matter where on my lower leg I position them I get 100% contact. The snugness also means I can move around during the 15 minutes I wear them. I store them in the freezer in their clear zipper bags. I bought size small, and they're perfect in circumference, but they're only 10.25 " long. To the Seller or Manufacturer: I would have paid a much higher price if these were 14" or 15" long so I can cover the entire length from ankle up to under knee.”
“The product is only ice cold for first 2 minutes, then becomes cool/room temp fast. Also the product left a smell on my skin from the material that is not pleasing. Very soft and comfortable, wish it was ice cold longer.”
