“I have post traumatic arthritis in my elbow, and I have a variety of these sleeves. This products works nearly as well as the more expensive Freeze version. The cold doesn't last very long, only about 15-20mins, but you shouldn't be applying cold for longer than that anyway. If you're worried about fit, order the smallest size that fits your measurements and you'll get some slight compression with the cold as well, which is beneficial for flushing out inflammation.”
“This was working well for almost 2 months. Good fit, really cold, did what it's supposed to do. However, went to freezer one day and the sleeve had exploded. Basically it was like a sheet of glass had broken inside the sleeve, just a bunch of broken little pieces inside the sleeve. Still gets cold, but not as functional in terms of fit. Really loose now and doesn't fit as snugly as before.”
