“Keep it in the freezer so I can ice my sore knee down several times a day. Relatively easy on and off. The best thing about this ice pack is that it makes all sides of the knee cold.”
“I love the fact that you can literally leave this product in your freezer for as long as you want. I've used it more than a dozen times since I bought it and have kept it in there right after use. Obviously, if you're sweating or have sweated prior to using it, you're going to want to hand-wash it and let it dry before putting it back for more freezing time.”

“It works. Very comfortable. Holds the cold for a good 20-30 mins. But unfortunately it smells absolutely toxic. After several weeks the smell is still there. I've even left it out of the freezer for days at a time, in open air, and the smell has barely disappeared. As soon as you put it on you notice it again.”
