“I got the Medcursor Massager about a month ago and quickly realized why there were so many great reviews. It does a really nice job massaging wherever you put it--back, neck, shoulders. The heat is nice, too. I have been using it regularly without problems until the last couple of days. It now "slips" and makes a loud clunking sound when it's massaging in a certain pattern. With the gears apparently slipping, that part of the massager doesn't actually work in that pattern. If the parts were more durable, this would be a great massager.”
