“This works great at relaxing tight muscles but I learned the hard way to 1) watch the clock while using it and 2) don't put it on bare skin. I worked on a knot in my shoulder and the mesh covering tore my skin off - the knot pain superseded the pain of what was happening to my skin. So use my "oopsie" as a lesson.”
