“The Vulken Acusphere is between the size of a baseball and softball. I find that the size fits perfectly in my hands when I am using it. The charge lasted several hours. I was pleasantly surprised at the vibration strength (for some reason I was expecting it to not be this strong). I found that it worked well at reducing knots in my lower neck/shoulders and dramatically relieved my myofascial pain. The various vibration settings keeps your brain from get used to the same vibration. I think this product is better than my TENS unit because the shape of the ball helps push out knots. I did have intermittent trouble with it turning off on its own when trying to lay on it for back relief. This was easily solved by having my spouse hold it instead. My spouse also uses this on the lower vibration setting to relieve her sciatica. Overall I am happy with this purchase.”
“I recommend this for knots, muscle aches or a torn muscle. I use it multiple times a day. I also love it to massage my feet while I sit at my desk. I own a larger, harder material, more expensive Hyperice and it broke after seven uses, still works but something came loose internally and it is VERY loud and rattles now. This product is a great tool to have as a go to for your mucles.”
“This massage ball is AMAZING!! I have already been using it after my workouts and I love how it has so many different speeds. It's small so it fits perfectly in my hand as well as my gym bag. The only thing I wish that was different is the button. It has turned off on me a couple of times when I roll out on it so I have been making sure the button is facing out to avoid hitting against something to turn it off. Other than that I am happy with it and definitely worth the $$”
“This is a great value, and a much more affordable alternative to the brand name items. It is around the size of a tennis ball, so easily transportable and I take it with me when traveling. It is not as powerful as the Hyperice mini, but half the price.Pro: value, effectiveCon: First one was DOA, but TRAKK immediately replaced. Power button is easily pressed, and so I often have to turn it back on during use. Usually after charging it will not turn on, so I need to plug it back into the wall and unplug it a few times until it will work again.”
“This is so portable and effective. I used it on airplanes, in hotels, and in public places. If it's a noisy, no one will hear it! It's small size allows you to pinpoint the area that needs massaging. Usually 15-30 minutes does the trick. The charge lasts a long time. Great product.Update: The ball will no longer charge after less than 3 months!!! :-(”
“I bought this as a supplement for the hypersphere by hyoerice. I've used the hypersphere at my girlfriends house, and really enjoyed it not only as a massager, but stability exercise tool as you can hold it and move your arm around to strengthen your shoulder stabilizers. I liked the fact that it could be used for more than just massaging. This, however, cannot. I would say this it's an alternate use for these products so not a huge deal that I can't use it for something else it wasn't intended for, it would just be an added bonus. The Vulken s is about 1/3 the price of the hypersphere and it shows in the build quality. I have 2 main issues with this product, first being that while rolling on it, it gets kind of annoying turning the ball off constantly then having to turn it on then back to the desired setting. Secondly, the plastic around the power button somehow came off in a corner and is now bent up and quite painful to roll over. The thing is so thick I had to use a nail clipper to cut it off.Overall good product, great for the hard to reach spots hahaha”
