TRAKK Orbi Ball Reviews

I have chronic pain and health issues and this massage ball has been a life saver. However, It doesn't fully massage, what it does is vibrates enough that if can almost distract/numb the area you are hurting. The most irritating part is the automatic shut/-off is only after 10 min... Which is not long enough in my opinion. 30 min would be better. If you are looking for an actual massage, I would suggest a massage gun instead.

Got this for my husband for Christmas as a recommendation from our physical therapist. It is the next step up from using a Lacross ball. Works well for removing knots in muscles.

I broke my hip and wrist 11 months ago and I'm still having problems, pain, and doing physical therapy. This is one of the same ones that my physical therapist uses on me; so I ordered it and it wasn't expensive and it feels so good as I carefully roll it around my hip. I also use it on my back by placing the vibrating ball between my back and the back of my chair, then leaning back against it. It Feels So Good, and it also good to use anywhere on the body. It Feels SO GOOD!!!

This is a great product. I suffer from myofascial pain (knots in the back). My chiropractor recommended to lie down on a ball to run over and massage the trigger points. This product helps that with its vibrating modes and really targets the problem areas. I like how I can bring it with me when I travel compared to bringing a Theracane or a large percussion massager.I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because of two minor drawbacks: 1) it only runs 10 min intervals before having to turn it on again and 2) sometimes when lying on it and “rolling” it to get to the problem area in my back I accidentally hit the button, changing the mode. Aside from that it's a great massager to have.

I've been in searching for a vibrating ball to add to my recovery toolbox. This particular brand had some good reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. It's smaller than the Hyperice Hypersphere and not as powerful (it's also 1/3 the price), but it does a good job. It has one button (with a flaw that I will get to in a bit) which turns the vibration on and changes the strength of the vibration. Here's the breakdown:- Press once and it turns on the the lowest setting.- The second setting is slightly more powerful- The third setting causes the ball to undulate between the lowest and highest setting.- The fourth setting is the most powerful (my favorite)- Pressing it a fifth time will shut the power offMy only gripe with this ball is that it keeps turning off when I roll over the power button. For example, it will shut off if I was rolling my calf and the button comes in contact with the carpet. The sponginess of the carpet and the pressure from you body is enough to push the button. Since I like to use it on the fourth setting, pushing the button again will turn it off. This makes it pretty annoying. The only solution I have is to set it to the power you want and then tape a quarter over the button. It's not ideal, but it will stop the accidental pressing of the button. Of course, you will not run into this problem if you're using it on a gym floor or hardwood.I will still recommend the Vulken massage ball since the pros (durability, functionality, cost) outweighs the cons (less power than hyperice's version, using it on carpet)

Great deal for what you get. Three different intensity setting. Perfect for plantar fasciitis and sore knees. The only con is that it will shut off if the power button is right under your arch. Well worth the price and sturdy. Get it! Your muscles will thank you.
