It was great while I could still charge it... After a couple months (3-5 full charges) now once I charge it it doesn't turn on drains battery without starting.

I must say I was very skeptical about this product. Not just the brand, but a massage ball in general, as I never invested in anything like it before.I used the product for a week before giving a review. I invest a lot of time into physical fitness for Spartan races and body building. In addition, I sleep like a beast so I wake up in the most awkward positions, leaving me with pains in my hips, shoulders, and neck.I can honestly say the acushpere really works. So 5 stars there. Generally you can apply self pressure and roll the ball around. However, when trying to use it for hard to reach areas, like your upper to mid back, you have to rely on a wall for support. This can sometimes prove to be a nuisance more than a benefit because if you move a certain way the ball will fall.Overall it is great for pin pointing pain, but for hard to reach areas it is not so easy. With that being said, for the price it is, I would definitely recommend this product.

For the price this is a great tool. It costs less than 1 real massage and over the course of having it I've definitely gotten more relief than that. My first one did die after 10 months (wouldn't hold a charge, would turn off immediately despite being fully charged) so I returned it and got a new one. Hopefully this one lasts longer if not there is a warranty on it that I assume this would fall under. Despite that one issue I still highly recommend this product!

Ball has 4 vibration modes and easy to charge. Nice little tool to have for home pain relief but the price is high for what it is. Half off I'd recomend

Just had Knee replacement surgery and this really helps to ease thigh tightness after physical Therapy or when I am doing knee bending at home. meets my expectations. I also have used it on my hip/thigh when I get sciatica.

I love this product! I am an athlete and am often sore, in many areas of my body. My main tools for self massage are foam rollers and a lacrosse ball. This vibrating massage ball by Vulken blows the lacrosse ball out of the water! The vibrations gently release SO much more of the tense muscle. I use it on every muscle group, and have found that I have so much more mobility, less headaches and my recovery time after my workouts is so much shorter. Two thumbs up!

Introduced by my friend and I totally fell in love with it. My old massage ball wasn't vibrating so I was surprised by how this small vibrating ball worked the first time I used it. The vibration worked very well for me. It has 4 vibration levels and I like to use the highest vibration mode for releasing my hips and medium mode for my upper and lower back. It's really handy to take anywhere and the size is perfect to treat trigger-points and specific tension areas. It's a great recovery and mobility tool and it's affordable so overall it's a great buy. Highly recommend!
