“I was super excited to get this product because I read so many great reviews, but I can't even bend the plastic enough to get it into the first notch. I tried so hard that I broke a blood vessel in my pinky finger!! I tried several times and then just gave up. Unless someone can give me a quick tip on how to get this thing bent, I will be returning it. Yes, I read the instructions, but they didn't say you had to be able to bend steel in order to bend this piece of plastic!!”
“Almost impossible to bend, I was unable to bend myself and had to get the help of my boyfriend who also struggled to bend it. I don't really feel any different in my back after laying on it. I get more of a stretch and feel the benefits more from my foam roller.”
