“I want to preface this by saying that I'm 23 and have never had serious back issues, I just get headaches from bad posture sitting at my desk all day and wanted something to help get rid of the tension. First of all, I found this thing really difficult to set up and to change the angle - you have to bend it with a lot of force and it kinda hurt my fingers. Once it was set up, I still wasn't a fan. After using it a few times according to the directions in the box, I just haven't gotten any relief from it. On the first setting, it feels like nothing. On the second, it makes my back feel weak and strained, not relaxed at all. When I sit up from it I almost feel like I injured my back lifting something, which scares me because like I said, I haven't injured my back before or had serious problems. This product is not only unhelpful, but actively made my back feel worse. I'm probably going to return it (only saying "probably" because I really don't want to go into a store to return it in person right now, my county is getting hit hard with covid; I might just take the L and throw it away.) I cannot recommend it to anyone.”

“I benefitted from this. The item is adjustable and can be set to three different levels. The problem is, once you set it to a higher level for very long, the plastic will stay in that position and won't flatten enough to return to a lower level. So, once it has been left in the medium height slot, it cannot be returned to the low height slot. Once it has been left in the top height slot, it can no longer be used in the medium or low positions. This would be a much better product if a different plastic, one with less memory, was used.”
