Our Ladies Classic Underwear features four layers of waterproof and absorbent material that is built into the underwear. This protection extends from the front waistband, through the gusset to the back waistband. You may find the Actives or Brief which features the same four-layer protection, but through the gusset only, may be better suited to your needs.
