We’d like to reassure you that while the waterproof material we use has limited stretch, we have never received feedback about our underwear shrinking. To help maintain their performance, we recommend following the care instructions carefully; washing in cool or warm water and avoiding bleach, fabric softener, and high heat. This will ensure the waterproof and absorbent layers remain in great condition over time.

It can take a little time to adjust to a new design, and we appreciate you giving our Reusable Underwear a chance. The side opening is there to allow for catheter access if needed, but the underwear is primarily designed to be pulled up and down like regular briefs. Many customers find they become second nature with wear.
