“I purc hased these conni menI wasn't happy wwih the ones I tried on. I wear this underwear for night wear only. I wasn't sure what size I needed, but bought some 3X size as well as one 4X which was the first I tried. The baterial is very good, but there was no padding on the rear side and i ended up all wet next morninhg, and had to change the sheets. I am still not sure if I should try the smaller size becausee I don't want to be all wet again. I shall give them some thought. Good price but lacking any rear covering. I have another brand which hjas the same covering in the ront and back.”

Our Reusable Underwear is designed for light bladder and bowel leaks, and features a centred four-layer absorbent gusset extending from the front waistband through to the rear waistband. This placement is intentional, providing protection where leaks are most likely to occur, while keeping the garment comfortable to wear, just like regular underwear.
From what you’ve described, if the leak occurred while lying on your side, it may have reached beyond the absorbent gusset. Additionally, if you have experienced a heavier leak, this will exceed the garment's capacity.
