“My daughter has been using these undies for 4 years, they have really helped her through a difficult time with incontinence. It means that if she has a small urine leak or a poo accident it does not come through to her clothes. They are also very comfortable. We have found the sizing on the large side but she is very scrawny and narrow anyway.”

“I can't review the item itself as conni customer service is having issues & won't send them to me. Using NDIS with conni is proving very difficult, & is becoming frustrating.
As requested I've provided relevant details on several occasions, & have recieved replies saying 'thanks we've recieved the details & will send invoice for payment'. Then I receive more emails saying the information hasn't been provided and they'll send the invoice once details are recieved. And other email reminders saying order will be cancelled? I've been sent around in circles like this for weeks, and will be buying similar elsewhere as the NDIS recipient needs these urgently and I'm not getting anywhere with this supplier.”
