Although well made, these pads did not stay put in the underwear. In this instance we preferred disposables.

flap doesn't stay up because there is nothing to hold it up only has the clip for the underpants and the back part i feel it is becomes uncomfortable after a short period of time i feel like it is getting between my cheeks of my bottom words from my partner Gary suggestion the clips that hold to underwear is to short because of that it crunches under wear together .

Thank you for your feedback, Kerry. We are sad to hear that our Men's Reusable Liners have not quite met your expectations. Our Men’s Reusable Liners can be worn with the wider portion at either the front or back, depending on where protection is needed most. Adjusting the position may help provide a more comfortable and secure fit. You may also wish to try our Men’s Reusable Underwear, which offers built-in protection without the need to fiddle with liners and clips. A friendly member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss your feedback and provide further information about our Men's Underwear range.

I have several pairs of washable absorbent underpants, but thought these Conni pads might be a simpler alternative. The Conni pads are absorbent, and very easy to wash, but are difficult to fit securely, and this has caused major leaks on about 1 in 3 days of use. Just cannot rely on these.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our Men’s Reusable Liners, Malcolm. We’re glad to hear you found them absorbent and easy to wash, but we're sad to hear about the difficulties with fit. Our liners are designed for comfort and secure placement, though we understand that fit can vary for different customers. Your satisfaction and experience with our products are incredibly important to us. A dedicated member of our customer service team will be in touch to offer some guidance on achieving a more secure fit or discuss other options that may better suit your needs.

For: can be washed. Against: Dreadful to fit into underwear. Clips are very hard to fit. Front absorbent section can bend towards the centre after urination thus lessening urine absorption. Result is a wet spot in crutch of pants. Solution: I cut and fitted four pieces of double-sided adhesive tape to inside of underwear (in this case Conni). Then pressed the pad on to the tape insert. Problem solved. Pad is held firmly in place. No need to use the clip. Tape is good for at least three uses. Survives machine washing for a few days. Confident now in using pads. Some thought might be put into making pads efficient.

Thankyou for you prompt response to my order. I have been away on holiday and have only just opened the parcel. The quality of your product looks excellent, but why have you sent me size 3XL. My size is simply XL so what am I to do with these undies? And can I please have some of the correct size -XL. I await your reply. Ian Clarke
