“They don’t stay secure to your underwear and flip around to the outside as u pulling up you undies. The waterproof layer makes them less breathable than a throw away liner. Sorry I would not recommend especially if you have a physical Disability and require one hand on a rail for support so only one hand to access knickers and pants.”

“Sorry for the late reply, I have found that that what is supposed to anchor them to my underwear I have had to cut off as they were irritating my legs. So as I have only opened one of them I would like to return the other pack. I ordered 2 packs of the pull ons on Aug.7th at a cost of 62.20 but have not recieved them yet. Maureen”

“Returned item as incorrect size, was very disappointed that my 3 were replaced with only 2, think service is ordinary.”

Hi Anna, we're so sorry to hear you found our service to be ordinary. Upon looking at our records, we can see your returns enquiry was followed up within 20 minutes of your email coming through. Unfortunately, as you can understand, we are unable to accept returns that have been opened or used. The day your returned items arrived back, we processed the exchange for you and sent them out that very same day. One of our customer service team also contacted you by phone to confirm.
