“Unfortunately the drain pan which I purchased a few months ago is already showing signs of deterioration due the production quality:
1. The vinyl product was thinner than the original one I received when I first purchased the product.
2. The velcro straps used to secure the edges of the drain pan to the bottome railing of the shower unit have already separated due to poor glue/structure which is supposed to hole the one edge of the velcro to the receiving pan. This exposes holes in the sides of the vinyl and now I deal with water leaks.
3. The replacement purchase price was over $800. I do not understand how a product so necessary for assisting disabled people to shower can be so poorly constructed.
I am not pleased with the quality of the product.
