“I have 12 pair of these socks. Love the quality and ability to be flexible with what, and how I wear them. I'm creative and intentional how I put clothes and accessories together to get a look I'm seeking. I purchased the brown socks specifically to see how I could wear them since they don't have the striped colors. I was pleasantly surprised to see that, due to the weave pattern and relative monotone color of the sock, it caused a beautiful hue and pattern in my shoe, to pop, in a manner I have not seen before. I normally won't pare socks with shoes, but in this case, it definitely worked and upgraded my look.”

“My problem before finding these over the calf sicks from Fort Belvedere is that my socks always slouched. I never liked the way my socks would pool around my ankles; upon putting on these socks i knew that i would never again have that problem. My socks now stay put! Not to mention they look incredible, the quality of craftsmenship is unparalleled, and I've recieved several compliments in the few days I've owned them. Finding your website has changed the way I look at mens fashion. I'm now quite keen to explore more of this world of classic mens styles which I've been interested in for some time, but have never acted upon. Bravo for curating such an incredible collection of info, videos, and accessories. Thank you Jesse Mulder”

“Coincidentally, I’m wearing these socks as I write this. I like the design and the over-the-calf feature really holds them up. Spreading the elastic over a large area also keeps them from choking my legs.”

“These are the best over-the-calf dress socks I have found. The only ones that come close in my experience are Pantherella. They stay up all day long without the need for a single adjustment. I would say the key is in the design where the body of the sock is comprised of an extremely lightweight (but durable) fabric, and the elastic band at the top above the calf is sufficiently tall and grippy to hold the socks in place without fail. Bravo! Highly recommended!”

“I jus got the socks, mostly two tone, which I ordered. I ordered several pairs at the same time to make it possible to compare them with varying outfits. By looking at the various colours of the socks it is already clear that possibilities will be "endless"!”

“Problem: Finding over-the-calf socks in lighter shades. Changes: I now know that garters are not the only solution to ankle ruffles. My impressions: Both the shadow stripes and the clock patterns are a joy to wear. I have fun selecting shoes, trousers, and socks. Others have not said anything. I should add that in my lifestyle, suits and jackets are very rare. ;I have not worn my made-to-measure suits in 15 years. My workwear for the office consists of trousers, shirts, and shoes. And now, well-intentioned over-the-calf socks. .”
