“These socks solve all the problems that are present in various ways with other dress socks. The Shadow Stripe Ribbed Socks stay up over the calf, are reinforced where they should be at the toe box and heel, are incredibly comfortable, and best of all, the colours are incredible. My only complaint is the very frustrating lack of size Medium in the other pairs featured and which I must have!”

“These socks are amazing, very stylish, comfortable. I had problem with socks falling down, so tried these over the calf socks, and never had to pull them up all day. They colors are quite an improvement over plain grey or black socks I used to wear.”

“I was bedeviled by falling and ill-fitting dress socks - no more! These socks stay put and look good. The fit is comparable to some high-quality nylon dress socks I acquired nearly three decades ago, but the quality of the cotton makes these much better. I could not be more pleased with these socks and I will recommend them to others among us who are similarly afflicted with the falling sock epidemic.”

“Whenever I purchase new shoes I get them shined by the professional I know in town. He removes the factory silicon shine and re shines the shoes. I happened to be wearing my Ft. Belvedere socks on this occasion and he raved about them. He asked where could he purchase them as he had never quite seen socks such as these before. To make a long story short...I love the socks and will purchase every color.”

“I've rarely been able to find dress socks in my size, so the fact that these socks fit me properly is wonderful. They are also even more attractive in real life than the photos show. Great socks!”

“My main problem before my Fort B's socks was that any sock would fall after a while. It didn't matter if it was a "long" one size fits all sock or a large size sock. Any sock would be below my calf. Now, I have no huge calves, they are medium size. Whenever the sock would fall I obviously needed to stretch the sock. This behavior lead me to have holes on every sock. I can now concentrate on my activities and not worry ever again about falling socks, holes or buying socks constantly (they do feel of great quality). The socks are not as thick as the pictures make them seem like. A bit transparent if you look at a certain angle and with enough light can be appreciated. Don't let this fool you. Wear them and you will feel the difference. The girls around me noticed right away the contrasting colors I am wearing now. It's up to you if you want to explain how great your socks are. Another reason to do your homework, get to know your product and get ready to wear some conversation starters. They will be amazed on how little they knew about socks. My foot size is 11.5 but I need to wear most of the time 12 size shoes. I ordered "L". First time I wore these socks they fit to what I though a bit longer. Again do not let this fool you. The heel sits where it's supposed to and matches yours. The little extra room is for your toes to have some freedom. This means no holes for your toes area. I just bought three pairs and regret it. I should have bought more. I will step up my game and order next: The "Finest Socks In The World - Over The Calf in Black Silk" Packaging is great. Awesome experience. They come in a green box with a golden "Fort Belvedere" logo. Quality is felt all over the product on every single detail.”
