“Before buying these I had been unable to find proper large size socks in my country. Now I have ducks that diktat me without having to put up with the discomfort of one size stretch socks. Now I have socks that fit, socks that are comfortable and sticks that I do not have to continually pull up. My friend with the same big feet problems admire them and are going to order also.”

“Before, the socks I had didn't stay up on my calves. They just kept falling down. If I got a larger size so they would stay up they didn't fit my feet. Because these socks come in more than two sizes, I was able to get the right fit for both my calves and my feet. This is the second time I have purchased them. They last a lot longer than any other sock I have tried. The socks are handsome as well. I find my self sitting down and pulling my pant leg up so people can see their uniqueness. I have had many compliments on them which cause quite a feeling of confidence. Additionally with the dual tone it makes it very easy to pair with my clothing.”

“I have never used calf-high socks before but I am re-evaluating my dress code recently, I thought I would try some of Sven's socks. I bought 3 pairs blue/red, teal/purple and grey/turquoise. The colors are very vibrant and enjoyable, the fit perfect, (large sock, I wear 11/12 B in an Allen-Edmond shoe) and arrived in a well-crafted box, very neatly done. The arrival was by mail was timely. I bought 3 pair as stated above so the cost per sock pair was not too bad, since Sven offers a quantity discount. Most importantly, I really enjoy the feel of the sock, not tight on my calf (I would say I have a medium size calf but unless you have a very very large calves, these should fit well; the sock lies just below my tibial tubercle (look it up), surprisingly comfortable, high quality. I will be buying more soon. This are not sheer socks, which I would not wear, but are comfortable under a dress shoes. Thanks and regards.”

“These socks go well with my outfits and my wife thinks they look great on me as well. Something, I never knew before these socks, these over the calf socks stay up effortless throughout the day. I have always worn shorter socks and had not realized how trouble-free and comfortable sock such as these could be. Try a pair and you will end up buying quite a few more pairs.”

“These socks are absolutely amazing. Great color, comfort, length.... Adds great style, and air of confidence, to my business outfit. I've tried other socks before, but none really compare to these shear cotton ones. Great quality. I have gotten several compliments on the first day of wearing one pair of socks I purchased. A little pricey, yes, but you get what you pay for. This is my very first Fort Belvedere purchase and I believe I will come back to the store again for other stuff!”

“Items sold to be used, not sold to sell. These socks stay up all day, even working 14 hours on your feet all day. I'm not used to above the calf socks but if you want them to stay up, the above the calf design works. I've had them for a year now and just starting to show signs of wear. It's nice to have nice things.”
