“I wanted to try the 'over the calf' socks from Ft. Belvedere, as I liked the idea of the socks staying up better than I was used to, plus the colors were really nice looking. I was worried, however, about comfort - would an over the calf sock be uncomfortable gripping the calf. Well, the colors were just as beautiful as in the photo, the socks stay up great, and are very comfortable in doing so. Very satisfied, and the socks actually get compliments!”

“Fantastic socks that fit true to size. I wear a shoe between sizes 9.5 and 10. For anyone with the same size foot, I suggest the medium (again, as advertised). I normally wear a size L sock, but Fort Belvedere socks require a M for me”

“GG 1. My problem was not finding quality socks that would stay up. They would always slide down and look terrible. These over-the-calve socks stay up and look great. 2. I know longer waste time worrying about my socks staying up. Also, due to the shadow striped feature, they blend in perfectly with many of my trousers. 3. “These socks have the most amazing & luxurious feel of any socks I've ever tried. No bump over the toes is great! The're a perfect fit for dress shoes. The light and airy feel is perfect for Summer but works well in winter too! My first 2 pairs haven't worn out in the 6 months I've had them. They never become loose and fall down my legs like some would over time & use. I work in the luxury hospitality industry and It is impossible for them to go unnoticed at my office. It's nice to receive the compliments I get for them & I apparently have a reputation as the best dressed man in the company.”

“This is now my second order for these socks. I can't tell you the compliments I have received and the quality of the material. They are soft, the retain their shape, they fit exceptionally well, and they stay up all day. Once my size is available in some other colors, I will certainly be making my third order.”

“Overall, they are by far the best and comfortable socks I've worn, and my feet do not perspire a whole lot either. Both pastel and saturated colors goes well with my ivory suit and cognac shoes. The only thing I would to see is more available color tones/palettes in both saturated and pastel tones.”
