“These socks are great and now that I've actually worn them my other socks just don't feel right on my feet. The fit is good and the length is perfect also they look really good,I personally hate when my socks slide down these do not do that so do yourself a favor and buy them you won't regret it”

“I was hesitant paying this much for socks but I now own 20 pairs in varying colors. For 1, the fact that there is sizing is a welcome change especially for a size 7 like me. The look is very good and the color combos all work. They stay over the calf as advertised which is actually not a style I usually like for comfort reasons but these just have the perfect amount of stretch. The other reason I bought so many is that they look brand new after washing and drying after now 10 plus washes. Most socks tend to look ratty just after 1. The sock will look destroyed after the dryer but once you put them back on they stretch right back to like new shape. The only slight downside to these socks is that trousers stick to them to some degree so when you stand up from sitting your pants may need some readjusting.”

“Not gonna lie. I mainly bought a few pairs of socks to get the "How to combine pants, shoes, and socks guide" that Sven has written. I really enjoy Gentleman's Gazette and Fort Belvedere products. The research behind the articles and the quality of the products are second to none. These socks are over the calf. Stand out and draw attention (but in a classy way). Not in the juvenile goofy sock craze. With a Blue or Light Grey suit there is a beautiful contrast. I also own a pair of the Charcoal/Orange Shadow Stripe and Green/Brown Shadow Stripe OTC socks. Worthy purchase.”

“I am a first time buyer and was extremely happy to receive my socks. The socks were elegantly packaged. The socks are well constructed and soft. They are comfortable to wear and I look forward to wearing them in the future. I only received the socks 3 days ago. I purchased the socks primarily because my socks were wearing out and I need to replenish my supply. I have always preferred over-the-calf socks which are difficult to fine. I was drawn to Fort Belvedere primarily because of the video. The video educated about socks in general but also aspects that go into a quality product. I am in a profession that is value based and I appreciate the time and effort that went into the educational aspect for a daily item that is typically overlooked and undervalued. I have not had the socks long enough to wear as I need to return secondary to sized issue, slightly large. I wear 12.5 shoe and I purchased a size XL. I will be better suited with a L size. However, I am fully confident that this will compliment my outfit and people will notice.”
