“Prior to ordering this tie (which I purchased along with a few other of the Shantung silk ties), I did not have a red/blue striped tie which is something every suit-wearing man should have. I got the untipped variation (as the self tipped version was not in stock) and am pleased with the light, airy quality of the tie. Though I am not used to spending this much on a tie, I am very satisfied and already looking at some of the Shantung silk bow ties. My favorite aspect of this tie (which makes it well worth the money) is the weave which has the quality of changing the exact tone of tie without being shiny/reflective.”

“Before I found Fort Belvedere, I had trouble finding quality products, especially classical accessories. However when I found Fort Belvedere I have found quality products that help to elevate my style to the next level. Others have complimented the accessories, and I am much more confident knowing my accessories are quality and look good too”

“I bought two different Shantung ties. The ties look fine and I am satisfied. However, in comparison to my other silk ties, the Shantung ties are rather thin and it is more difficult to make the knot the way I want.”
