“Unfortunately, despite the video and article assurances that Belvedere socks undergo much shrinkage due to their quality construction and, therefore, go up a half-size when in doubt, they did not shrink to any meaningful degree. That is despite washing and air drying, washing and drying and, finally, washing in hot water and high-heat drying. The socks are loose, look sloppy, and not wearable.”

“I bought several pairs of these two-color socks not just the grey and burgundy. Web merchants have plenty of argyles for sale and it's a style I like, but I already have plenty of them so I was looking for something different. These are some of the classiest, most tasteful and masculine socks I've recently found, eye-catching but not flashy or garish. They are thin, sleek, have a good amount of stretch and they feel good.They look to be the ticket for the mature man. How durable they will be I can't say. Mine came nicely boxed.”

“I'm up to 8 pairs of these shadow stripe socks and they are the absolute best to help pair shoes and pants. I bought these grey and burgundy ones to match my grey suits/slacks with some burgundy and antique maroon colored shoes; the shadow stripe effect works perfectly for this. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting that kind of utility out of their socks. TJB”

“Socks purchased in high end stores rarely are the correct size and made of poor quality materials, and workmanship. Fort Belvedere products are excellent quality, and are very well made. The socks I purchased are exactly what was advertised. Excellent all around product.”
