“As an academic geologist/geophysicist, at times I might spend weeks or months deployed in the field or at sea conducting my research where I have no access to a florist, and have been searching for a way to bring my boutonnières to the field. I first saw the boutonnières offered by Fort Belvedere several years ago but always hesitated on purchasing them as I was not sure how realistic they would appear given previous artificial boutonnières I had seen available by other vendors. I finally decided to go ahead and place an order for 6 of them, and I am so glad that I did. The boutonnières look extremely lifelike and realistic. The colours are quite vivid and striking, and with their sturdy construction and accompanying boxes, I have no doubt they will survive the vigours of my field research. The blue cornflower boutonnière is particularly striking, and will pair well with blues and purples, as it has a lavender undertone to it. The 3 cornflower boutonnières by Fort Belvedere are the most realistic of the 6 boutonnières I purchased, and the white, pink, and blue cornflower boutonnières are the most versatile, as the combination of the three will go well with anything. I was so taken by them that I am now placing an order for 4 additional boutonnières to add to my collection.”

“I really like the idea of wearing Boutonnieres, except the fact the real flowers are a pain to use. I like Fort Belvidere's silk ones much better. You can wear it over and over again. They appear to be well made too, so they should last.”

“They don't always look good in the photos on the site, but they are much better in real life. Trying to find a real flower that looks good all day is too much bother. Buying these is a good idea.”

Happy to know that you liked the flower more in person, Ronny! We use color-graded professional monitors and lighting, but everyone has different screens and colors depend on the light temperature you're in. :-)
