“Great looking gloves, soft, pliable, great color. The left one was originally cut and sewn with a thicker thumb. Gentleman's Gazette explained that sometimes variations occur with hand-crafted items, and immediately replaced the set. This pair fit perfectly, quality, which makes me smile every time I wear them.”

“These were my second pair; the first pair's button fell off, but Gentleman's Gazette was very helpful in handling a return. They gave store credit since they were out of stock. When the gloves were back in stock, they even called me to confirm if I still wanted them and to confirm the size. I bought them to wear with morning dress and they work excellently for that.”

“Taking it out of the box the feel of the leather was so smooth. I could appreciate the craftsmanship put into this glove. Feels very nice on the hand like a second skin. The only downside is they don't carry unlined anymore and stocks are limited”

“Idea of buying high-quality gloves came into my mind as soon as I read product description of the product. I have carefully measured my hands for correct size and ordered the product. “These gloves are everything I wanted them to be and more. I'd bought 3 other pairs of dress gloves from other companies and hadn't come close to what I wanted from style, fit, and quality. These gloves left me totally satisfied. Everyone wants to know where I bought them. They never fail to elicit compliments. A special word on fit now because it was an important issue for me. I measured my hand at exactly 9" tight. So I ordered a size 9 after messaging customer support. They gave me specific additional measurements for the gloves and advised me to go with 9 based on my hand measurements. Later I read several reviews that said they come large. I became nervous and deliberated and finally asked customer support to switch it to the 8.5. They responded at 9pm pacific time to tell me that they contacted the warehouse and successfully changed the size. That's some fine customer service! But I still wasn't at peace with my decision. I started thinking that this company went through the trouble of offering half sizes that undoubtedly cuts into profits and makes stocking more difficult. They also have an embedded video detailing the fitting process. This attention to detail made me question the customer reviews. Why would a company expend additional efforts if the measurement info was so unreliable? So I found an old pair of Italian unlined nappa gloves from another company and I measured the fingers and width. Zut alors!! The fingers on this pair of old, but very well fitting gloves matched the size 9 almost exactly. The company was giving accurate detail all along and I'd allowed myself to be fooled by anonymous naysayers. Now I knew how Eve must have felt after she realized she'd taken bad advice from some serpent she'd never met before. I don't know why I would abrogate a carefully cultivated fitting system in favor of vague claims of "several sizes too large", but sadly I did. So I messaged customer service ( they call it concierge; how cool is that!! perfectly thematic without wandering into the pretentious) asking to change it back, but by now it was Sunday evening. Monday morning I receive an email that they've held the order until we figure out which size is best. They were always very nice when dealing with me even though I made everything difficult. They have a great exchange policy, but I'm a millenial, so the prospect of receiving my beautiful gloves only to have to exchange them is a strain too egregious for me to bear. Some say the need for instant gratification is a sickness, but that sickness has lead to the advent of instant data and same day delivery, so I'll not apologize for it. Dissatisfaction is the true mother of invention. Anyway, we settled on size 9 as they and their fitting system originally recommended and they were delivered in a couple days. They fit perfectly and are stunning in every way. Customer service 5 star Quality 5 star Beauty, feel, and style 5 star”
