Very comfortable, well made glove. Seems worth the price, but time will tell. Looking forward to buying some more goods, possibly socks.

Moving to New York for university also came with the fact that I had to prepare for the rough winter that I am about to endure. The first thing I started looking for was a good pair of boots and gloves. Being a student also meant I am on a budget. Yet, I'm going to be living here for four years with aspiration of moving to Canada after my undergrad, so I set out to find the best pair of gloves money could buy. Now, being a long time subscriber to Raphael and his brand I knew I had to consider his gloves along with many others. Ultimately, I decided to spend just a bit more than I was willing and went and bought myself this pair of Cognac nappa glove. Amongst the raging hormones of hypebeast in my campus in NY, I stood out by being the freshman that dresses like he's a bigshot wall street associate with his dress shoes and well coordinated outfit comprising of a well tailored pants, dress shirt, and a nice waistcoat to add a sense of professionalism( a jacket or suit was a bit too much for university at this point). With the addition of this pair of glove, I can already tell that my outfit has went from being nice to freaking amazing. The glove just provides this elegance that just elevates all facets of my outfit. I know its still summer at the time of this review, but it was chili these past few days so I opted to dress warmer than most days. After a day of wear, I can hands down say for a small premium compared to mass market brand, this is by far the comfiest pair of glove I tried. Despite the pictures show a more reddish hue, it looks more butter brown in real life but nonetheless, still a beautiful piece. For anybody contemplating this versus another piece of 50$ glove. Stop, and just shell out an extra few and trust me you'll love it. I can't wait to test these pairs through the harsher fall and winter thats about to "fall" upon NY. I'm hoping I can save enough money to finally upgrade to a pair of peccary leather in the upcoming years.

The leather is supple and the styling is elegant with well thought out and executed details. My dominate hand measures 8-7/16. I decided to order the size 8 and am very pleased with my decision. I used caution slipping them on the first time as they were a bit snug. The second skin feel takes a few wears to break in but worth it. I purchased both the Cognac and Petrol colors and will be back to purchase the Burgundy and Light Tan gloves when my size is back in stock. If you are still trying to justify the purchase, just order the gloves already, you would be hard pressed to find a better glove at two or three times the price. Raphael, thank you for creating elegant, well-constructed products at such an extraordinary value.

Finding fitted lined leather gloves can be surprisingly hard in department stores, even in Canada. Finding ones in so many colour options available to pair with various winter coats is essentially impossible. Finally I have a pair of gloves that can be smartly paired with the rest of my outfits, and I don't have to feel like my hands are an awkwardly out of place element in my wardrobe. Cheers!

My previous ‘medium’ sized gloves were I’ll fitting. These fit great and feel wonderful. I measure 8.5 but size 8 fits me better.

Gloves are as expected, amazing feel when you touch the leather, and they fit me well in the fingers (have small hands, got a size 7). Don't regret the purchase at all. The inside liner is really comfy too. One thing to note is that where the two sides of the cuff meet - this part will stretch when you put the gloves on if your wrist is a little wider than normal (I suppose) and it will tear just a bit. The leather seems to be very thing in that spot. Frankly, I"m not taking anything away from the glove because of this, it's just something to be aware of. They are still the best gloves I've ever earned.

Gloves, for me, have always been somewhat of a 'clunky' peripheral to deal with. That has now changed. First off, the description given online by Fort Belvedere was exactly true to what I received. The size chart was a breeze and the gloves fit perfectly. They are luxurious and a treat to wear. Already, I have received a few compliments on them. Many thanks!
