“My high-school-aged grandson recently needed to change his diet to no dairy and low carbs. Since he plays basketball and practices for hours each day, he was struggling with being starved constantly and without the energy that he had before changing. “I really like this protein powder. I have had GI problems with protein powders before but this one goes down easily and never feels heavy or causes bloating. I'm not a Stevia fan but the flavor of this product is palatable. I think it's too early to tell but I might be feeling more energy through the day. I'd like to think that I have a little more muscle mass, too. I'm 67 and hope that this makes me look 45 ;)”
