I have been using this journal for a few months now and like it well enough to use with my clients. It's well made with sturdy covers and decent paper. I love that it's spiral bound so it lays flat. It's exceptionally good for strength training and love that it has enough free space for additional cardio work and comments. I use the nutrition pages to track meals and snacks. Finally, you have weekly check in pages. This has really helped me stay focused week over week. Thanks for creating what I consider the best journal format out there.

Greetings! I have used a lot of journals on this 45 year odyssey of working out regularly..competing on the amateur bodybuilding circuit (only one contest so far)..teaching group fitness for 30+ years...and becoming certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist.....this journal is one of the best I have used. Thank you.
