“So far, I have learned some new things and have been refreshed on things I already knew. You’re plan reminds me of my dad. He grew up on a farm and they rarely ate breakfast because chores started at 4-5am. They had coffee with cream just like in your plan. My grandfather, his dad, started most mornings the exact same way all of his life. They would have a good size lunch and a big dinner. They ate mostly what they grew or raised on the farm. I bought your program and then waited to start it until May 1. I reaquainted myself with the fasting part of the plan, so it was already part of my daily routine. I wasn’t a coffee drinker, so I used this time to start drinking it according to the plan, so I had it already incorporated in my lifestyle. I still don’t like coffee, but the results I have experienced are more than worth doing it. I am still getting my menu set up, but have found the repetitive factor to be a time saver and easier to create my menu. In two days, I have noticed a slight change in how my shirt feels looser. Baby steps, because this will take over a year to lose the 90 pounds I need to lose. I am not interested in having my reviews on the public blog. I enjoy the daily emails. “You should state from the very beginning that this program is not for people that are hypoglycemic. The fact that this information was held back until you got in to the "meat" of the book tells me this was done with intent to keep the money and not intend to help people. Please stop hurting people by misleading them.”

“I found Salt Wrap from reading the blog about Painfreefatloss. I then purchased for $49 the painfreefatloss program. Everything in the program I had already read in the blog. There were very few recipes included in the program. For the price I would have expected more. I wasted $49. The information in the blog is the same as the information in the pain free fat loss program. I haven't learned anything new. It's a waste of my money.”
