well written and researched, i had to stop it with no fault of saltwrap, as i have crohns. it sounds like a well thought out way of eating for a normal person without certain medical issues.

I feel blessed that I found SaltWrap. I have had a great experience thus far. Easy to follow, the fasting took a couple of days to get going but not a big deal now after two weeks. The Fitness Planner was a bit intimidating but is something I look forward to doing everyday.

I found value in the materials. The main value for me was a couple of ideas about how to structure eating, and how to manage intermittent fasting for success. I believe one can take what is valuable for you from the materials, and tweak the rest to fit your lifestyle and preferred eating mix and still be successful. Thus, I tweaked macros a fair bit and still found I could progress well as long as I paid attention to a couple of key ideas.

Not sure yet of my progress; I go up 2 pounds and down 2 pounds. I weigh everyday. But let me point out that I was already intermediate fasting 16 hours per day (700pm till 1100am) with coffee and heavy whipping cream as my first meal when I get up. The only change I made was to eat the majority of my carbs at night….with a daily average of 75 carbs. Questions below refer to a (delivery);? I have received no delivery. I printed part of your book online
