“I always wanted to start making smoothies but never did it right in the past. I always just threw a bunch of ingredients in a blender and it never turned out right. I have about 13 smoothies prepped and in my freezer ready for me! I meal prep every Sunday, blend them and pour them into mason jars, name and date sticker them and place them all in the freezer. Each night I take one out and place it in the fridge so that I can grab it on the go when I leave for work and don't have to waste time prepping them each morning. Couldn't recommend this more! The best thing about smoothies is even if you don't like certain food (for me it's bananas, cherries and avocado), throwing them in the blender with other yummy ingredients makes them much more enjoyable to consume because you can barely taste them!”
