Thrive: A 7-Day Cleanse Winter / Instant Download Reviews

Thrive was great- it gave me a structure to follow to allow me to spend a week taking care of and resetting my body. Tasty recipes, beautiful photos, helpful prep hints! I would've given it five stars, except the plan was clearly written for summer thriving- popsicles recipes and other references to cooling foods, refreshing treats. As I Thrived in January, some winter warmers would've been welcome! (Plus seasonal shopping may have been easier/more economical/better for the environment.) Thanks for helping me kick the year off right and to reset after a slightly too decadent holiday period :) PS- Also wondering why no beans or homemade hummus? Would've liked that to introduce a bit more savoury... Maybe for the winter version?

No weird ingredients to search for - everything is easy to find wherever I happen to be shopping! And a week is not an overwhelming amount of time to commit to! Looking forward to getting back on track with THRIVE and the Rawkstar team!!!

I like Thrive as it's a short reset to quickly get you back on track to clean eating. I did it after Xmas and was so sick of eating junk that I just decided from one day to the next to do Thrive and quit the junk food cold turkey. The recipes are great and with 2 smoothies a day I really felt like I was losing weight which kept me motivated to do the 7 days. Went straight into the 21 day cleanse after Thrive as I was feeling great and wanted to keep up the clean eating.

I love everything SGS has put out. I am a Fresh Start 21 grad (times 3), have purchased and made all the menu items for Let's Eat (both versions) and when Thrive came out I was super excited to try it. It did not disappoint! The recipes are delicious and fairly easy to prepare (with some up front prep work the week went very smoothly). I did have to switch out a couple recipes for others from my SGS arsenal but that's due to personal preference and nothing to do with the recipes themselves. If you're looking for an awesome, tasty, week of recipes to help rest or kickstart healthy eating, this is the plan for you!

I purchased the Thrive Reset last year and "informed" my husband we were doing it. We both loved the food. Everything was so tasty and it was great getting a full reset in only 7 days. The key to success is being prepared. If you get prepared ahead of time it is a easy plan to follow. So excited to do it again. Desperately need a reset after the holidays.

I have now done THRIVE three times in the past year. I bought the program because I wanted to jump start my weight loss from having a baby over a year ago...the fat was stubborn! I lost 5 pounds in a week and kept it off. About six months later I decided to do THRIVE again...I remembered how easy it was to lose weight on it and how delicious the dinners were. I did it and my mom saw how I lost weight and felt great (I followed up with FreshStart21). After finishing Thrive and FreshStart 21 my Mom decided to join me, so I did the two programs again back-to-back with her. We are now eating a plant-based diet and continue losing weight and feeling great. I have a green smoothie every breakfast and have found my body really likes all the fruits and veggies. THRIVE is a great program to jump into eating healthy and having more energy! I highly recommend it!
