“Manual states 'Typically 50ml of solution to 500ml of water' contact Customer support, they just cut&paste. You have to use/buy measuring jugs as there is no measure on tank (Max means nothing) of on solution bottle”

“first of all, it had no screws to attach the handle to the base & no manual (but found one online) I used the hose attachment tool & found that my fingers were getting wet from the solution dripping out of the spray hole. The suction on the hose attachment is very good but it does leave the carpet feeling a little damp. Then the machine itself, at first I thought it was amazing, was working so well, but then I took my slippers off and realised how wet the carpet was even after passing over it about 10 times slowly. I found I had to stand one foot on the bottom of the machine and push it into the carpet for the carpet to actually feel dry, when I did this SO much more water actually came out. THEN I noticed the water in the tank was decreasing rapidly, to which I look down at the back & I notice water droplets across the carpet I just dried, I noticed the water tank was leaking from the joins in the plastic and dripping into the motor and where the wire joins into the system! DANGEROUS!”

“Absolutely amazing! Really easy to put together, comes with a 250ml bottle of solution but recommend to get a bigger bottle, the upholstery tool is great for the sofas and stairs, does spray wide but I don't find it a issue. My carpets are 5 years old and this amazing machine has brought it up like new! Does run out of water quick but I don't find that annoying as it soon is easy to fill up again. Again amazing product for the price! So glad I've got one now!”
